Only the wet ink areas absorb the powder, and excess powder is automatically recycled for repeated use.<br \/>\n3\uff09Dry and melt the powder in an oven at 160\u2013180\u00b0C; the melted powder adheres to the back of the patterns to form an elastic adhesive layer.<br \/>\n4\uff09Cool and wind up the film, then heat press with a heat transfer machine at 110\u2013130\u00b0C for 8\u201315 seconds. 5\uff09The adhesive layer melts a second time and penetrates fabric fibers.<br \/>\n6\uff09Peel off the PET film.
