1）The DTF printer prints white ink and color patterns on PET release film while keeping the ink wet.
2）The powder shaker spreads DTF powder evenly. Only the wet ink areas absorb the powder, and excess powder is automatically recycled for repeated use.
3）Dry and melt the powder in an oven at 160–180°C; the melted powder adheres to the back of the patterns to form an elastic adhesive layer.
4）Cool and wind up the film, then heat press with a heat transfer machine at 110–130°C for 8–15 seconds. 5）The adhesive layer melts a second time and penetrates fabric fibers.
6）Peel off the PET film. The patterns are permanently bonded to fabrics, featuring soft stretchability and excellent washing resistance without peeling off.
